At Anderberg, Top Quality One Through Multicolor Printing IS ROUTINE

Make a great first impression.

While you can’t necessarily judge a book by its cover, you can always judge a direct mail piece by the quality of its envelope. Our on-site envelope printing capability gives you a choice of over 400 envelope and window dies with either diagonal or double side seams. Plus, as one of the Twin Cities premier envelop manufacturers, we also specialize in custom envelopes, coated and mat papers, commercial envelopes and wholesale envelopes.

Our envelope manufacturing capabilities include:

Flat sheet conversion–envelope blanks can be web printed or sheet-fed in one or multi colors

Jet printing–a fast way of producing customized envelopes for special projects, or limited-time offers at a low cost

Flexo printing–designed for printing outside and inside an envelope blank during the converting process

Saving time, money and headaches.
What do you get when you merge multi-color sheet-fed printing with on-site envelope manufacturing? Control.

Schedule control - Single-source envelope printing and manufacturing mean a coordinated, deadline-driven delivery date.

Quality control - By completing the entire envelope printing process on-site, we’re in a better position to control quality from start to finish.

Budget control - Printers who outsource envelope manufacturing add a markup. We don’t.

Headache control — Having a single source for custom envelopes, wholesale envelopes, commercial envelope printing and other envelope printing projects means immediate responses — and fewer frustrations.

Call us at 952-848-7300 or stop by our printing, prepress and mailing facility at 6999 Oxford Street in St. Louis Park to find out how letting Anderberg produce your envelopes can save you time, money and headaches.

Envelope Tips
Here are a few envelope paper selection pointers:

  • Gloss paper runs slower through the envelope converting machine (it’s slippery!) and therefore costs more to produce.
  • Take your time selecting paper; an envelope is a paper-intensive product.
  • Envelopes can be coated (aqueous or varnish) just like any print job. Make sure the coating doesn’t interfere with ink jet addressing or labeling and sealing.

Bison Fact

The American Bison has been prominently featured on many American coins and bills throughout history including the Buffalo Nickel and the 1901 ten dollar bill.

Whatever type or size your order may be, Anderberg always provides great quality and outstanding value for your money.
